Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride Flakes

Instructions:

For a Bath - Dissolve 1/2 to 1 Full Sachet of Salts into a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.

For a Foot Bath - Add 1 -2 tablespoons of Salts into a warm footbath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.
